Do you remember?
No gym too much eat and drink I got fat 8 pounds, in April.
So I tried healthy life in May.
First don’t eat and drink too much .
Second use bathtub with Epsom Salt.
This salt is good for detoxing and fatigue recovery. And also good for scalp
because soaking your body in the bathtub with the salt makes your entire body sweat a lot including the scalp area and the scalp stains can be cleaned.
And third, don’t ever forget smile!!!
