I recently visited Victory Brewery in Philadelphia—it’s my favorite beer company! The place was spotless and really well set up, with three bar counters (on the 1st and 2nd floors and even on the rooftop!). My top choice is their hazy IPA. If you’re curious, you might even find Victory beers at your local supermarket!

This time I’d like to introduce a Japanese ramen restaurant that opened in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
It’s called AFURI.
They have a store in Tokyo. There are already located on california and oregon.They’ve finally come to New York. Opening soon in Texas too. Their ramen is a dashi-flavored ramen that values the flavor of the ingredients and does not use any chemical seasonings. Those who are on a health eating regime can change to konjac noodles. I tried the yuzu dipping noodles and yuzu shio ramen, and both had a great yuzu aroma and were light and delicious. Please give it a try.
