Hello This is Lisa.
Happy New Year!
Many thanks for all your support throughout the year.I hope this year has been as wonderful for you.
Tke restaurant I’d like to recommend this time is Sushi Saiko.
Sushi Saiko offers an exceptional omakase experience in a serene and refined setting.
The 17-course omakase menu is thoughtfully curated, with each piece prepared with precision and artistry. One standout was the toro topped with caviar and truffle—a luxurious yet perfectly balanced bite that left a lasting impression. Another memorable dish featured A5 wagyu paired with foie gras, a creative fusion that beautifully blended tradition and innovation.
Many of the seafood ingredients are flown in directly from Japan, and the freshness is unmistakable from the very first bite. The quality of the ingredients, combined with the chef’s refined technique, made for a truly memorable dining experience.
Sushi Saiko is an ideal choice for special occasions or an elevated night out. They also accommodate dietary needs such as gluten-free and kosher upon request, making it a welcoming spot for a wide range of guests.
If you’re interested, you should go check it out!

Hello everyone, this is Mako.
Happy New Year!
How were your holidays?
Did you have any special meals that you loved?
We had an end-of-the-year party at Yakiniku Gen, and it was amazing.
We especially loved the diamond-cut harami, kalbi, and thick-cut tongue.
I can’t wait to go back to Yakiniku Gen again!
I’m looking forward to seeing you soon for the Chinese New Year.
Until then, stay warm and healthy.

Happy New Year, everyone.
This is final news letter of this year.
I will introduce traditional Japanese New Year’s meals. The name is Osechi. In the United States, you can buy it at Japanese grocery stores, etc. This meals is completed by many dishes in one. Each dish has a meaning. If you look up the meaning when you eat Osechi, you may be able to enjoy eating.
Thank you.

Happy New Year!
Wishing you a year full of happiness, health, and success.
Fen absolutely loves daycare. Whenever we go for a walk, he pulls me toward it and sits there looking at me with the saddest eyes.
The only issue is that since he started going, he has been barking more but I’m learning so much and every day is so much fun with Fen! I can’t wait weather to get warmer so we can go hiking together!

Happy new year everybody! It’s Suzu.
I’ve just returned from the beautiful cities of Quebec and Montreal!
I hadn’t realized how European the streets and atmosphere would feel, and now I truly understand why so many people say, “It’s such a wonderful place.”
I was worried about the cold, but even at -18 ℃, it didn’t feel as harsh as I expected. Perhaps it was the warmth and kindness of the people that made the difference.
It’s a place I would absolutely love to visit again.
Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to seeing you again in 2026!

Happy new year everybody! This is Rei.
I recommend this sushi restaurant! It’s $55 for a 12-piece omakase (chef’s choice), which is a reasonable price, and they seem to have other course options too! The taste was excellent, and the fish didn’t have any unpleasant odor. You should definitely give it a try!!

Happy New Year!
Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients for your continued support.
Last year, I moved to a new location and had the chance to meet so many new clients. It was such a fun and meaningful year for me.
I’m truly looking forward to meeting even more of you and creating beautiful moments together this year!

Hi everyone! This is Leo!
This is my first time truly experiencing a winter in New York.
It’s definitely colder than in Japan, but there’s something incredibly beautiful about the snow here. Watching it fall quietly over the city makes everything feel calm and almost magical. The streets, buildings, and even the noise of the city seem to soften under the white blanket.
Even though the cold can be tough, it makes me slow down and really take in the moment. It’s a completely different kind of winter, and I’m starting to appreciate its beauty in its own way.
