The restaurant I’d like to recommend this time is the Greek restaurant Nostos NY.
Nostos NY serves truly delicious dishes, and the grilled sea bass and lamb chops are especially must‑tries. The seasoning is refined and really brings out the quality of the ingredients. It’s also very close to T‑gardens, so definitely check it out.

Did you celebrate the U.S. 250th anniversary?
We went to the beach, and I was treated to a glass of Prosecco with Italian ice. It was so refreshing!
We also got to see the Manhattanhenge.

How’s your summer so far?

Lately, I’ve been brewing my own kombucha at home and drinking it every day. I love it because it’s not as sour as store bought kombucha, and I get to customize it with my favorite flavors.

Hi there! It’s Suzu!

During my summer vacation, I traveled around several islands in Okinawa and spent a lot of time snorkeling.
The ocean there was unbelievably clear and blue, and I was amazed by how much beautiful nature is still preserved.
I kept thinking, “I can’t believe a place this beautiful exists!”

At the same time, it was heartbreaking to see that many of the coral reefs have died because of climate change.
Living in a big city, it’s easy to forget what’s happening to our natural world until you see it with your own eyes.

The trip reminded me that even small choices in our everyday lives can make a difference. I hope we can all do our part to help protect the beautiful places that still remain for future generations.

Hi everyone This is Rei.Since it’s summer, I’m introducing Japanese shaved ice—specifically from the Japanese Village in Brooklyn. They have some unique flavors; I tried the umeshiso one, though in hindsight, strawberry might have been a better choice! Haha. Let’s all enjoy the summer!
