Hi everyone!
This is Mako. How is your summer so far?

One thing I don’t miss from Japan is the coffee—it’s much better here! I love making coffee at home, and my favorite beans are Allegro Organic Mexican Coffee. Whole Foods used to offer a self-serve option, but unfortunately, that’s no longer available. You can still find it on Amazon, but the flavor isn’t the same. I also enjoy Gregorys Coffee beans, but Allegro is still my number one!

Do you have any favorite coffee recommendations? I’d love to hear them and give them a try!

I would like to introduce a Japanese onigiri store. Its name is Tanakaya.
It is located in a very convenient location in Soho.
It is a great place for a snack while shopping. They have a variety of onigiri and norimaki rolls on the menu. I tried the eggplant miso and it was delicious.

This store called The Shop, has been in business since 1969 in many places in India, and they finally opened in the US!
They sell clothing, cushions, jewelry, and baby products, with handmade traditional mixed modern designs.
