This time, I will introduce some recommended Italian restaurants.
Recently, I visited BOTTE UES, an authentic Italian restaurant in New York’s Upper East Side that evokes the traditions of Rome, making you feel as if you are in Italy.
Upon entering, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere and smiling staff. The menu was filled with tempting options, but I decided to go with the Carbonara and Bianca pizza.
The Carbonara featured a creamy sauce perfectly intertwined with al dente pasta, making each bite a delightful experience. The bacon’s rich flavor and the black pepper’s kick made it truly exceptional.
Next, I tried the Bianca pizza. The crispy crust was topped generously with mozzarella, ricotta cheese, and broccoli rabe, each bite bursting with rich flavors. The creamy ricotta and fresh broccoli rabe balanced perfectly, making every bite enjoyable until the last.
The drink menu was also impressive, offering spritzers and Negronis among other cocktails. The Negroni, in particular, was well-balanced and paired excellently with the meal.
With a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, there’s something for everyone. It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends and family.

How was your Thanksgiving? I hope you all had a wonderful time and delicious food.

I wanted to share about my recent visit to Tomi Jazz, a cozy Japanese jazz bar I hadn’t been to in five years. Back then, you could walk right in, but this time, I waited two hours to get a seat! The place has become popular, and I realized most of the clientele are much younger now. I might have been the oldest one in line!

Still, it was worth the wait. The ambiance, the food, the drinks were fantastic, and their sake selection.
